Sarah Berthon
Sarah Berthon is the founder of Excel against the Odds and is passionate about supporting people with chronic illness in the workplace. She provides mentoring and training for business owners and employees with chronic illnesses and runs the Entrepreneurs against the Odds Facebook group. Sarah is on the Steering Board of the Lilac Review, a government-backed independent review looking at tackling the inequalities faced by disabled entrepreneurs. Sarah lives with several chronic illnesses including PoTS, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, ME/CFS and Chronic Migraine.

Abigail Daraz
Abigail runs a busy private practice, specialising in harnessing voice and musical confidence through ethical, informed singing teaching, professional voice coaching, and neurodiverse, sensitive pedagogy. Over half of Abigail’s student base is neurodivergent or living with a chronic health condition. Abigail has a BPS-registered BSc in Psychology and a Master of Arts Degree in Voice Pedagogy.

Scorpius Books is an award-winning independent fiction publisher who loves breaking the rules of publishing! Yoga designed by Disabled people for everyone! Adaptive Yoga LIVE is an online platform providing accessible and inclusive seated yoga classes for people with impairments. Our £5 classes are subsided by Sport England and are offered two times a week on a Monday lunchtime and Friday afternoon. We also have free full length chair yoga classes on our Facebook page and YouTube channel.

Luna Diane Rose
Luna Diane Rose (she/ they) is the creator of “Stick em up Fitness” the new fun fitness brand for people who use walking sticks and other mobility aids (currently working on incorporating rollators as portable gyms). Luna is a multidisciplinary fitness professional (Yoga, Pilates, personal training and group exercise).
Luna holds a Level 3 qualification in adapting fitness for people with disabilities and mostly works with late diagnosed / discovered autistic adults of all genders.
